How the interface is organised
1) Navigation Icons - These tell you where you are and allow
you to jump to, for example, the building that contains the floor you are
on or the floor that contains the room you are in. Clicking on the
rightmost icon (which indicates where you are) refreshes your view of the
current location. Hold your mouse over an icon and a description will appear.
2) Useful Links - These allow you to change the look of
@Bodington@ (the Options link), be
be told when the content of a location changes
(the Notify link) and
Logout.
3) Content Area - This is where you will access content,
download files, complete multiple choice quizzes, contribute to
discussions, submit coursework and so on.
4) Resource Menu - This panel will allow you to go
straight into to useful resources, such as Amazon, Oxford University
Press and Thesaurus.com. The results of any search that you may make
will appear in a new window so you will not lose your @Bodington@ session.
