Record Memo

This form can be used to record a memo against this user's record. Is is intended for use purely to record the reasons for changes the user's personal data. For example, that the surname has been changed from Smith to Brown because the user has married and asked for the change to be made. It is possible that the user will be given access to all memos made under their name.

Type a short memo into this box. This memo will be recorded as an event against the selected user. The event will also be recorded with the current date/time and your user id.

Change User Options
This allows you to change some options on the user.
	Enable Account.
	Enable Automatic Account Updates.
	If checked then HTML/CSS submitted to the system will be filtered.

Upload X509.3 Certificate
This form can be used to upload an X509.3 certificate so the user can log in with than instead of using a password. However, it will only work if the CA certificate that signed it is installed in @Bodington@ already. This menu is intended to be used only for user accounts that are used for data transfer - not for user accounts belonging to normal human beings.
	Select the user's certificate in binary format.
	Type YOUR current password in this box to prove you have the right to upload a certificate.
	Press this button to attach the certificate to the user's account.

Reset Password
This form can be used to replace the user's current password with a new randomly generated password.
	Press this button to reset the user's password.

Reset User Name
This form can be used to create/replace the user's user name with one based on the administrative zone and the user's initials.
	Press this button to reset the user's user name.
