There are three different ways to cross post entries to multiple users' logs.

1. Post to all users with view access.
   You type in a draft entry, then the system looks for users with access to view this logbook and presents you with a form where you can personalise the entry for each user. If you have inluded certain very large groups in the access rights, those users will not be listed.
2. Post to all users who already have a log in this logbook.
   This option is the same as the previous one except that the list of users is the same list that appears on the 'supervise' menu of the logbook.
3. Specify users by preparing a data file.
   This option is technically demanding. If you have the software and technical expertise to prepare a data file containing entries these can be cross posted to multiple users.

You don't have mark level access and so you can't make new entries.
