This form is used to import sections and questions stored in a text file on your computer. The sections and questions will be appended to any that are already in this logbook. The file is a comma seperated value format file. The first field in each line is section or question, the second field is title text, the third is introductory text and for questions there is a fourth field which is help text. The fourth field is ignored for sections. The file can be prepared using your own software or can simply be exported from another logbook.
