Container Access:
Access controlled by containing location.
If you check this people who are allowed access to the containing location will also get access to the new resource. If this is acceptable it could mean that you do not need to edit the access control list for this resource.
Name:
This is the short name of the new resource that will form the last part of its web address. It has to be unique to resources in this location and if you plan to move the new room the name must be unique in its planned location. Names must contain only lower case letters, numbers or the underscore character and must be no more than 12 characters long.
Title:
The title that will appear at the top of pages for this new room and in navigation text that links to it.
Description:
The description will appear in directories of locations in the building for users who have "see" access to the room. If you intend to restrict access to the room it is wise to include your contact details here so that people can ask you to grant access.
Introduction:
The introduction is the text that will appear on the opening page of the room. In a discussion room it is wise to say something about who has access to the room, ground rules for participation and the level of commitment to participate you intend to make yourself and expect of others.
