Create Personal Data Tool

Container Access:	Access controlled by containing location.	If you check this people who are allowed access to the containing location will also get access to the new resource. If this is acceptable it could mean that you do not need to edit the access control list for this resource.
Name:		This is the short name of the new tool that will form the last part of its web address. It has to be unique to resources in this location and if you plan to move the new room the name must be unique in its planned location. Names must contain only lower case letters, numbers or the underscore character and must be no more than 12 characters long.
Title:		The title that will appear at the top of pages for this tool and in navigation text that links to it.
Description:		The description will appear in directories of locations in the building for users who have "see" access to the room.
Introduction:		The introduction is the text that will appear on the opening page of the tool.
